Founder
Former professional athlete and founder of Health Pad, Sean brings his experience as a pro hockey player and in elite sports performance services leveraging the same precision and programming used in elite sports to executive wellness.
-
Functional Medicine
Dr. Flowers practices a comprehensive, preventive model: detailed history, targeted labs, and individualized recommendations that integrate lifestyle, nutrition, stress management, and (when indicated) medical therapy. During the retreat, he will review your Superpower results, conduct a clinical consultation, and deliver your personalized plan of care.
-
Performance & Functional Movement
Dr. Clark applies an evidence-based human performance approach: functional movement assessment, targeted corrective work, and individualized strength, mobility, and Zone-2 conditioning. During the retreat, he will assess your movement, coach daily sessions, and deliver a travel-ready program integrated with recovery so you can advance your functional performance. Founder and former CEO of NASM and Fusionetics, Dr. Mike Clark has supported 1,200+ pro/college teams and 250,000 athletes, consulted for the Utah Jazz and New Orleans Pelicans, spent 18 seasons as the Phoenix Suns team physical therapist, and worked with MVPs, All-Stars, and champions across the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, and the Olympics.
-
Massage & Yoga Instructor
Amber blends medical massage (deep tissue, trigger point, sports, Thai bodywork) with alignment-based yoga to restore fluid, pain-free movement. During the retreat, she will assess soft-tissue and mobility needs, deliver targeted hands-on sessions and assisted stretch therapy, and teach a simple, personalized yoga routine with breathwork so you leave with a practical recovery plan you can use anywhere. -

Our Modalities
Sauna
Our private barrel sauna offers a rejuvenating experience right in nature— no time limits, no crowds, just personalized wellness in a serene setting.
Sauna sessions support your body’s natural healing by increasing circulation, easing muscle tension, and flushing out toxins through sweat. Regular use may improve cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation, and promote deeper, more restful sleep.
Cold tub
Our Chill Tub Pro delivers an invigorating experience in a peaceful, natural setting— your own space to reset and reenergize on your terms.
Cold plunge therapy activates your nervous system, boosts circulation, and reduces inflammation to aid muscle recovery and improve mental clarity. It may support immune function, elevate mood, and increase stress resilience over time.
Creekside yoga
Surrounded by woods and the sound of Fightingtown Creek, our private platform creates the perfect environment for presence and peace. No mirrors, no pressure, just space to stretch, flow, and move in the heart of nature.
Practicing yoga outdoors calms the mind, improves flexibility, and reduces stress through mindful movement and breath.
