LIVEWELL CREEKSIDE CABIN SMS TERMS OF USE

LiveWell Creekside Cabin (the “Company”) provides SMS messaging services in accordance with industry regulations and best practices. These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) are designed to help you understand how we use SMS messaging to communicate with you and how you may manage your preferences.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at livewellcreekside.com.

“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can browse availability, inquire about retreats, sign up for newsletters, and receive wellness-related communications via email and SMS. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. By submitting your phone number via our Site, you accept these SMS Terms and consent to receive SMS communications from the Company as described below.

I. CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION

By submitting your phone number and opting in via our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from LiveWell Creekside Cabin. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations or reminders

  • Wellness retreat announcements

  • Seasonal promotions or availability updates

  • Guest experience surveys or feedback

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

II. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with the Company and upcoming retreat availability. LiveWell Creekside Cabin reserves the right to change the number and timing of messages sent.

III. COST

IV. CANCELLATION

You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After you send the “STOP” message, we will send you a confirmation of your opt-out and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again via our Site.

V. SUPPORT

If at any time you require assistance or additional information, you may reply “HELP” to any message for instructions or email us at host@livewellcreekside.com.

VI. NUMBER CHANGES

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to notify us by replying “STOP” from your old number or emailing us at host@livewellcreekside.com. This is necessary to prevent messages from being sent to individuals who did not consent.

VII. PRIVACY

VIII. CARRIER LIABILITY

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
