After years in pro hockey and a career in sports performance, my passion shifted from competition to longevity, a passion I share with my wife, Michele. Our passion led us here to the mountains of Blue Ridge, where we built LiveWell, a creekside wellness center and cabin designed for people who want to feel good, move better, and keep doing what they love.
I'm a functional health follower, on a journey to learn as much as possible to increase my health span, focused on optimizing my performance in the gym and on the ice, regularly using the sauna, cold plunge, and supplementation to maintain my speed and physical performance. An avid yoga practitioner, Michele understands the power of movement, friendship, and time spent together. Her close-knit circles and regular girls' trips have shaped the retreat's atmosphere, where you can reconnect, recharge, and share meaningful moments with the people who matter most.
