  • A private, leadership retreat that pairs your business agenda with our structured functional-health blocks (assessment, training, recovery, and personalized meals). You run your work sessions; we run the health program.

  • You bring your agenda. We wrap health blocks and meals around it, so the team has steady energy and focus with morning recovery (sauna+cold), training or movement blocks, short education segments, and protected work windows.

  • Before you arrive, we meet with you to learn your team’s goals, schedule, and constraints. You share your business agenda; we design the health track to fit around it so momentum never slips.

    Then we right-size the experience. Every element has a simple-to-premium path. For meals, that can mean clean, family-style service for the group or fully personalized plates based on biomarkers, tastes, and macro targets. For assessment, we can run fast baseline screens or add lab-driven consults for deeper guidance. Training can be small-group or targeted 1:1 blocks that translate directly to your individual needs. Recovery sessions can be guided with bodywork and breathwork sessions or the wellness amenities can simply be enjoyed independently by your team as part of the retreat experience.

    We can also provide ongoing support to make it stick. Each leader can leave with a practical 90-day plan (training, recovery, nutrition) and two short follow-ups for accountability. You get the outcomes you came for—more energy, clearer thinking, and a team that works better together—on your terms, within your timeline and budget.

  • Pricing is scoped to team size, length, and menu. As a general market reference, many companies budget on a per-person, per-night basis for retreats; we’ll give you a clear, line-item quote in our first call. You can expect to spend between $500 and $1,000 per person per night depending on how intensive and individualized you want the retreat to be.
